CHANGE IS INEVITABLE. WE MIGHT AS WELL USE IT FOR OUR OWN HAPPINESS
"There is power in committing yourself to the process of creating health in all levels of your life...Making a commitment involves two steps.: The first is admitting that healing is necessary, and the second is opening yourself to the experiences you begin to attract following your commitment." Dr. Christiane Northrup

A SMALL SUPPORTIVE GROUP OF WOMEN
working towards embodying health, happiness and harmony. Why groups? Because wellness, like a cold or “cooties” when you were a kid, is catching. You can often witness a breakthrough in someone else, and have a spontaneous reaction resulting in your own healing. The power of women in groups to affect change is supported by science as well as personal experience. One study compared the effectiveness of a group of women with that of a coed group, and a group of men working together to change their sedentary behavior. The group of women were much more successful than either of the other groups in all categories.

BREAKING FREE OF USELESS, PAINFUL PATTERNS
through Biotransformational exercises (not remotely calisthenics) and the use of creative energies, we dissolve disruptive patterns and open up to new ways of being in our bodies, being in the world. Creative energy is very powerful, whether it’s expressed in music, dance, acting, puppetry, poetry, potting, planting or singing in the shower. It doesn’t matter if you are a professional or just long to dance around like you did when you were little. That creative force remains ready to be tapped like a geyser, helping to develop new neural pathways and new choices.

SAFETY AND SELF CONFIDENCE
I’m offering a truly safe space in which to touch on the very center of YOUR universe, not the one your parents or lover or friends or coworkers want you to inhabit. A place to explore what I call your “untampered with self.” What might you be like if nobody messed with or tried to program you for their needs? What if you were able to treat yourself with love and compassion?
