Sit with your answers for a few moments. Many of the women in my workshops have found that their answers involved what I call "energetic loops" -- behaviors that seem to take on a life of their own. Trapped in these loops, you find yourself doing exactly what you swore never to do again. But there you are eating the "single serving" pint of Haagen Daaz AGAIN, calling HIM/HER again, crunching through the chips AGAIN, screaming harshly at yourself AGAIN. These patterns are running the show. They seem to do what they want, when they want. The operative word here is SEEM.
